Master perfumer Alienor Massenet created Davidoff Agar Blend to serve as a bridge between Western and Eastern cultures.
To illustrate this, I imagined a rich, addictive, oriental woody fragrance. In the top notes of the fragrance, sophisticated cinnamon leaves create a slightly spicy introduction with light clove notes to which black pepper adds a drier, fresher, more vibrant dimension.
This stunning introduction is followed by agarwood, also known as Oud, the most expensive wood in the world. In the base, the emblematic ingredients of the Middle East enhance the trail of agarwood. Long-lasting benzoin blends with its sweetness with the addictive mystery of amber and a vibrant amber accord.
