What is the return and exchange policy?

Cases in which a return or exchange is permitted:
Receiving a different product than ordered.
The product has a manufacturing defect.
The product was damaged during shipping.
These terms are for your protection and to explain the policies and laws of the Luxury Perfumes Store regarding returns and exchanges:
If a customer receives a product that is different from what they ordered, has a manufacturing defect, or is damaged during shipping, they are entitled to compensation, either for the value of the product or by sending the correct product (if available), at the store's full expense.
The customer is required to ensure that the purchase invoice matches the products received before using any product or opening the original packaging.
If the product has been used or the original packaging has been opened, the customer is not entitled to claim any compensation, in line with global perfume and cosmetics sales policies.
The customer must return the product if it is different from what they ordered, has a manufacturing defect, or was damaged during shipping, and the store bears all return costs.
The customer will be compensated either by returning the amount to the same account or credit card from which payment was made, or by sending the correct product according to the purchase invoice, at no additional cost to the customer.
If the customer wishes to return or exchange any product without a defect or any of the aforementioned conditions, provided that the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging (cellophane) intact, the store is not responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product.
The customer also bears all shipping costs for the replacement product and the costs of returning the product to the store.
Requests for returns or exchanges of opened or used products will not be accepted.
The return or exchange process may take up to 10 business days from the date of receipt of the product. After inspection, the refund will be processed within 10 to 14 business days, depending on the payment method used.
